AR Investment Group LLC was incorporated in Delaware on 22 July 2026. As the group’s U.S. entity, it gives American investors access to projects in Germany, with U.S. contracts, U.S. contacts and full transparency about every step your capital takes. Its sole member is AR Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH.
Behind AR Investment Group LLC stands a group of companies that has been building in Lastrup, Cloppenburg district, since 1973. In the early years it mainly carried out masonry and reinforced concrete work on residential buildings.
Today, alongside residential construction, the group primarily carries out structural and civil engineering, shell construction for commercial and public buildings, industrial construction and the turnkey delivery of homes — with in-house planning, structural design and site management.

Leben in der City Oldenburg GmbH are wholly owned subsidiaries of AR Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH; its stake in 2. Leben in der City Oldenburg GmbH is 33 per cent. AR Investment Group LLC is therefore a sister company of the two project companies. Holdings outside construction and project development are not shown.
