The project

A lifestyle business hotel in the heart of central Oldenburg.

A new building with seven above-ground floors is being built on a 1,100 m² site on Heiligengeiststraße: 96 hotel rooms, around 600 m² of restaurant space on the ground floor and a 300 m² rooftop bar with roof terrace on the top floor.

The rooftop bar is the building’s distinguishing feature: open to the public, it offers a panoramic view across the old town to St. Lamberti church.

The City of Oldenburg granted the building permit on 29 January 2024. Construction is scheduled to start in 2027 and the hotel is due to open in 2028.
