A new building with three uses in the central business zone.
A residential and commercial building with five full floors, two penthouses and underground parking is being built on a 1,020 m² site at Heiligengeiststraße 2–4.
The use mix comprises 680 m² of restaurant space on the ground floor, 1,360 m² of office space on the floors above and 1,360 m² of residential space on the upper floors including the penthouses — 3,400 m² of residential and usable area in total, within a gross floor area of 4,500 m².
An independent market value appraisal under section 194 of the German Building Code (BauGB), prepared by a HypZert (F) certified expert, has been obtained for the project. Completion is planned for 2028.
